Inspection of Foshan Steel Structure Project

Hits:1719 Time:2019-4-23

The inspection of steel structure engineering includes raw materials, welding materials, welding parts, fasteners, welds, bolt ball joints, coatings, etc. of steel structure and special equipment, as well as all the inspection contents stipulated in engineering. Mainly include: non-destructive testing of steel structure, main structural engineering test, mechanical property test of steel structure, mechanical property test of steel structure fasteners, chemical composition analysis of steel, raw material test of coatings, salt spray test and so on.

I. Mechanical properties test

1. Mechanical properties test of steel structure:

_ a. Toughness and plasticity test (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation after fracture), bending test, impact test (normal temperature impact, low temperature impact, aging impact), hardness, steel bar tensile test (yield strength, tensile strength), bending and other supporting parts. Forty years old. Z-direction tensile test of steel plate.

_ B. Welding procedure qualification of metal welded parts, tensile and bending tests of steel welded parts.

_ C. Hardness test of metal is the ability of metal to resist local deformation, especially plastic deformation, indentation or scratch. It is an index to measure the hardness and softness of metal materials. Hardness includes Vickers hardness, Richter hardness, Rockwell hardness and Brinell hardness.

2. Test Method for Mechanical Properties of Steel Structural Fasteners

Torque coefficient, fastening axial force, tensile strength (yield strength, tensile strength), wedge load test, bolt and nut load test, bolt washer hardness, bolt connecting plate sliding coefficient test.

Two. Chemical Composition Analysis of Steel

Chemical composition analysis of channel steel can be divided into spectral analysis and wet analysis.

III. Testing of Coatings Raw Materials

1. Routine test of coatings, interior and exterior wall coatings, fire retardant coatings, anticorrosive coatings, and routine test items are: container status, color and appearance, viscosity, flow time, fineness, specific gravity, coverage, drying time, non-volatile component, mirror gloss, hardness, flexibility, flexibility, flexibility, adhesion, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, water resistance, chemical reagent resistance, etc. Heat resistance, drape resistance, moisture resistance, wear resistance, salt spray resistance, aging resistance.

2. The routine inspection items of steel structure coating quality include: steel structure coating appearance inspection, steel structure coating adhesion inspection, steel structure coating thickness inspection.

IV. Salt Spray Test

Salt spray test is an environmental test, which mainly uses salt spray test equipment under artificial simulated salt spray environment to evaluate the corrosion resistance of products or metal materials. The purpose of salt spray test is to evaluate the quality of salt spray corrosion resistance of products or metal materials. The judgment methods of salt spray test results include grading judgment method, weighing judgment method, corrosion occurrence judgment method and corrosion data statistical analysis method.

Salt spray test mainly includes neutral salt spray test (NSS test), salt spray test (SS test), acetate spray test (ASS test), copper accelerated vinegar instinct test, high temperature humidity and heat test.

V. Nondestructive testing

_ Non-destructive testing (NDT) is to use the characteristics of sound, light, magnetism and electricity to detect the defect or non-uniformity of the detected object without damaging or affecting the performance of the detected object, give the size, location, nature and quantity of the defect, and then determine the technical status. S of the tested object (e.g. qualified or not, residual life, etc.). General terminology.
